Feeling stuck?

Phil Parker, a British osteopath, talks about the LP (Lightning Process).

The LP is a personal training (not treatment) programme beneficial for :
chronic fatigue syndrome
depression
chronic pain

people who are stuck, in general terms

➤ mind - brain - body connection 
          * physical illness can be produced by how we use our brain
          * your brain influences your body

➤ The words you tell to yourself matter.

➤ The LP converts people from the stuckness to becoming "doers".

➤ From "passive statements" (the victim mentality) to the "dô" (break the facts and take control of the situation)
             e.g.    I'm stressed                 ➝    the  situation is X and   I'm" dôing" stress
                       (unconscious, unintentional)                            (conscious, intentional)
